The 13th International Conference on Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Composites in Civil Engineering (CICE 2025) will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, from 12 to 14 July 2027. It is a national joint initiative organized by Tongji University, and Shanghai Research Institute of Building Sciences Co., Ltd.

CICE is the main official conference of the International Institute for FRP in Construction (IIFC). It brings together the FRP research community and industry to share relevant achievements and discuss challenges and opportunities in the field. This will be the twelfth edition of a series of prestigious conferences on composites for Civil Engineering applications that was initiated in 2001 and has been already taken place on most continents.
